Messages to our office after hours:

Please include your name, date of birth, and reason for your call. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

If you are requesting a refill, include the name of the medication, dosage, and pharmacy where you want it sent. Please allow 3-5 business days for refills to be sent to your pharmacy or 1-3 business days for refill requests through the patient portal.

Canceling appointments: a 48 hour notice is required if you are canceling your appointment to prevent a late cancellation charge.

Emailing: Please use our patient portal for email correspondence.
